  12. After fussing with Coherent for far too long, I have decide
  13. to build my intelligent serial interface board.  I intend to
  14. design in enough memory so that each port can have a really
  15. deep FIFO, and thus Coherent will never have to miss characters
  16. again.  I was planning to create a wire-wrap board, a printed
  17. circuit board would be much better.  Unfortunately, creating
  18. a single printed circuit board is expensive.
  19. So once I decided to do this, I thought that others might
  20. be interested in such a beast.  So, if you'd be interested
  21. in an intelligent multi-port serial board for the ISA bus,
  22. send me mail indicating your desired specifications for the
  23. board.  This should include number of ports, FIFO depth,
  24. and cost.  If I have enough interest, I'll go ahead and
  25. do the PC board.
