  14. Your Student Branch has been working hard and recruiting new
  15. members during these key fall months.  NOW is the time to send
  16. those new applications to the IEEE Service Center.  If you send
  17. them to us immediately, we will do our best to process them to be included
  18. in the December 31, 1992 year-end statistics and begin membership services
  19. for these individuals.  Remember, next year's rebate (operating money for
  20. your Branch) is based on these statistics.  We appreciate your efforts to
  21. recruit new members throughout the year and will continue to process all
  22. applications as we receive them.  Thank you for your support of the IEEE on
  23. your campus during 1992 and happy holidays!
