- Interesting that you would say this when as far as I can tell, no one
- has stone walled this publication. Legitimate questions have been
- asked and as far as I can tell a reasonable compromise has been
- reached that addresses the problems that were raised.
-
- I find it interesting that people continue to use degrading and
- belittling terms when talking about unnamed people. Calling people
- "small minded" and "petty" with no justification attached is sure to
- make the people you are talking about listen carefully to what you are
- trying to say. :-) Since I suspect I am at least one if not all of
- the people you are referring to here, it certainly makes me want to
- pay attention to you. :-)

-
- This is exactly correct. DECUS (U.S. Chapter) can not continue to
- "soak" the Symposium attendee and Digital certainly is in no condition
- to increase its support of the Society. In fact, for those of you
- that have not heard, during the most recent set of Digital layoffs,
- the Digital/DECUS staff was reduced by 6 positions.
