  12. I cannot identify specific packages, but I can identify sources of
  13. information which may help.

  15. Most application vendors work with computer hardware vendors.  These
  16. vendors have catalogues of package developers by industry vertical, so I
  17. would try local IBM, DEC, HP, NCR, UNISYS, and SUN sales offices, and
  18. ask for financial services catalogues.

  20. Look in Wall Street Computer Review magazine, especially look fo a
  21. annual package issue.

  23. Datapro publishes Binders of Application packages by industry vertical.
  24. This may be library or at vendor office.  Consultants amy have as well.

  26. There is an European (British) publication called Banking Automation(?)
  27. which would also list packages.  If any of the publications have a
  28. feature article on OOPS, they will probably talk about some application
  29. apckages.
