  12. I'm looking for the ``formal'' specifications for common image formats, eg
  13. TIFF; JPEG and any other format in common usage. I have the GIF formats
  14. (both 87 and 89) but I need the others as well.

  16. Any pointers to as to where to get (machine-readable) copies of defining
  17. documents from would be much appreciated.
