  14. I have seen similar performance when the graphics driver was corrupted.  I would
  15. recommend delete the entire windows directory, and doing a clean reinstall.  You
  16. can save the .grp files if you like,  but dont save the win.ini or system.ini
  17. files - I would recommend building them new from scratch.
