- I can't speak for UUPC, but for FSUUCP, it means making sure that
- the directory that has all of your FSUUCP executables is on the DOS
- path. That way, postnews, readnews, and uuxqt (the 3 applications that
- could possibly need rnews) can find it.

- There is no man entry for rnews because it's completely user transparent.
