  21. doesn't **currently** seem to be connected to the Internet,
  22. i.e., any attempts to 'PING' or 'FINGER' it do not get a response.

  24. Perhaps, the hardware (HINFO SPERRY 5000 UNIX V) is broken,
  25. or powered-off for the holidays, or the TCP/IP software isn't functioning,
  26. or, it's behind some security-related "firewall", or ...
  27.  
  28. Try asking the "Postmaster" for the 'army.mil' domain, e.g.,
  29. 'POSTMASTER.WESTPOINT-EMH2.ARMY.MIL' to elaborate.
