  13. Another net.illiterate question...no one at my end has been of any help.

  15. I'm trying to get mail to a user at OTA.GOV   I'm on MILNET (at least that's
  16. what they tell me), I have no idea what he's on.  About the only thing I have
  17. for him is a username and IP address.  When I try to send stuff from here the
  18. mail bounces - We don't recognize OTA.  Is there some way I can route mail
  19. through someplace that can see both us and OTA?
