- Hello,
-
- I'm assuming that this is the proper newsgroup to post this question
- so here goes:
-
- Does anyone in netland know if there is any existing documentation
- that explains how the various e-mail systems work and how they can
- or cannot "interface" with other e-mail systems (e.g. Internet ->
- Bitnet, MCImail -> Internet, Bitnet -> MCImail, Internet -> Bix,
- Internet -> Bmug, Internet -> Compuserve, and on and on)?
-
- Basically, what I'm looking for is documention on e-mail addressing
- and how/why it works between various systems. The more technical
- the better. I hope this isn't asking too much. Thanks in advance.
