  17. John Does but only one 1234567, so the name is extraneous.  Moreover, spaces
  18. and slashes in the local part of an address are rather non-standard and might
  19. be spooking your own mailer.

  23. 1 800 444 6245, but I don't know if they'll assist a non-customer.  You may
  24. have to get a friend who has an account there to place the call for you.  He
  25. or she can also send email within MCI Mail to "mci help".

  27. Now that their Internet gateway is out of testing and is a fully supported
  28. official service, they should have some answers.
