  27. Its easier than that, it means that d_tzname got set backwards.
  28. However, Esix 4.0.3a is a SVR4 OS, Configure should have gotten
  29. that one right.  Are you compiling Elm using /usr/ucb/cc?  It
  30. really wants the normal CC stuff.
