  14. The differences between User Levels 0 and 1 are easy to see.  
  15. However, I can't see any difference between running Elm under Level 1 
  16. and running it under Level 2.  Perhaps I'm just too new to the program.
  17. Any help as to the differences between these levels is greatly
  18. appreciated.
