  13. I just upgraded to PL17 yesterday.  I've discovered something I don't
  14. think existed in PL13.  If I want to forward a message, I'm asked if I
  15. want to edit it.  If I said no, then the entire thing was left alone.

  17. Now I get whatever value "prefix" is set to in my elmrc slapped in
  18. front of the message.  I would assume that when I say "Don't edit" it
  19. would mean "don't do anything to the file".  Just a thought.  It
  20. didn't use to be like this, did it?
