  17. We are in the process of helping folk at the University in Maputo setup a
  18. uucp link.  Their mail will be MX'ed to kudu.ru.ac.za, and then delivered via
  19. 9600 dialup to them.  However, they have been having problems with their
  20. hardware, and last I heard hadn't got things together yet.
