  12. I have the need to develop an application that can trap X atoms coming from a 
  13. standard X-Windows/Motif application and, based on the X events, "send" commands 
  14. to a tcl/tk application.  Is there a way to do this using tcl/tk?  If not, what 
  15. is the best way to proceed in C?
