  16. Does anyone know if Borland provides an editor which is RTF capable, so
  17. that one may produce Windows Help Files?

  19. Their Tools manual shows screens from Microsoft Word, not a good sign.
  20. IMO, Resource Workshop should do this, but I saw no mention of it in
  21. the RW manual.

  23. Only thing I have found is a shareware tool, TXT2RTF, from CICA, but
  24. this is only a filter, not a windows app.  Still, better than nothing!
