  14.     I'm thinking about purchasing BPE and dbase Frameworks,
  15.     is anyone using it?  Y'know the pascal routines to manipulate
  16.     dbase, or paradox  tables??

  18.     I'm interested in using this package to read dbase files,
  19.     then possibly use the ObjectWindows Frameworks to display
  20.     the records in windows3.x
