- I heard a rumor years ago that the Government and a Contractor didn't agree
- on wether source to a particular program was a contract deliverable. Unable
- to get the Government to change its view, the Contractor converted all
- variable names, labels, etc to use combinations of '0', '1', 'O' and 'I'.
