  11. As suggested by the subject, I am interested in finding out how to do I/O preconnection.  I am running under REAL/IX (SVR3.2 with real-time features) using GLS Fortran (Green Hills Fortran adapted by Modcomp for REAL/IX).  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
