  14. I've been monitoring this group for about a month, and have seen many references
  15. to the ARM.  Is this a public document?  Is it available in print or electronically?  I'm learning C++ now, but could use a definitive reference.
  16. The book I'm using now is called "The C++ Programming Language" by Dijikstra
  17. (most likely spelled wrong).  Is the ARM better for my purposes?
