  23. regarding the standardization of c++, NOT for general c++ questions.

  25. The net is set up correctly. If a person has a PC programming problem,
  26. they should take to comp.os.msdos.programmer, a Unix problem should be
  27. taken to comp.unix.programmer, etc.

  29. Posters should read the FAQ and bear in mind the charter of a group
  30. before posting to it.
