  26. I have been doing some work - development rather than research - to enable
  27. decent colour scales to be chosen on-screen.  The target for this is the
  28. production of better videos that are using either smooth or stepped
  29. false-colour mapping of functions.  The work is being done on SGI Iris 3130
  30. and also our video system (Primagraphics system - own graphics library).
