- Any help with the following problems greatly appreciated!
-
- First of all, I have tried to subscribe the the explorer mailing list
- through explorer-request@castle.ed.ac.uk and have had no response.
- Could my request getting lost somewhere? Could someone from the list
- please contact me?
-
- Secondly:
- I have had some problems building explorer modules.
-
- a) I tried to enter the example module in the User's Guide (3.1.1),
- but my created module seems to crash with the next call to the Explorer
- API after I call cxGeoRoot(); (I discovered this by doing simple
- printf's after each call, so I may be off here.)
-
- b) On a module under development, we discovered that we needed to add another
- input port. We edited the .mres with module builder and added the
- code to call it within our function. (We are not using the Data
- Wrapper we are using X in a drawing area) I call cxInputPortOpen
- and I get back an integer (3, the third parameter defined in the
- mbuilder) But when I call cxInputDataGet, I get a ptr to 0 and
- then, of course, the call to cxParamStrGet fails. When I try to
- get its type, cxParmTypeGet returns a -1.
-
- Thanks again!
- Eric.
