  22. I've spoken to several government groups about OpenGL in the past few
  23. months.  PHIGS may be a requirement for some government bids, but it's
  24. clearly not a requirement for others.

  26. PHIGS implementations layered on GL have been available for several
  27. years; Figaro+ is an example.
