  16. There is nothing for dissertation abstracts per se.  Some sites maintain
  17. on-line lists of their technical report abstracts; theses are sometimes
  18. also included.  Rik Harris of Monash University has a partial database
  19. of CS technical report abstracts at daneel.rdt.monash.edu.au (anonymous ftp).
