  12. I would like to know what master's programs exist that address
  13. telecommunications *broadly*, i.e. include courses not only in
  14. telecom engineering, but also in related disciplines, like telecom 
  15. management, computer science, business, public policy, etc.  I know 
  16. of one such program, Carnegie Mellon's Information Networking program.  
  17. IEEE Spectrum October 1991 hints that similar programs exist at
  18. Polytechnic Inst of NY, U. of Colorado, U. of Pittsburgh, and George 
  19. Washington University.  If you can provide information about these 
  20. programs or others, or have e-mail addresses of suitable people to ask,
