  22. Alternatively, there's a program out there somewhere for retrieving
  23. encoded WP files without knowing the encryption key.  With the program
  24. is an article that describes how they do it.  The article also
  25. describes the format of the header information in WP files.  It's not
  26. complete, but you may want to start there.
