  22. Yes.  DFW TX.  Local calls across the 214/817 boundary MUST be dialed
  23. as 10d.  Attempts to use 1+ result in the message, "We're sorry but it
  24. is not necessary to dial a 1 or 0 before this call."  I've always
  25. thought the message was especially apropos; SW Bell's approach in this
  26. matter is indeed "sorry"!
