- Yes. DFW TX. Local calls across the 214/817 boundary MUST be dialed
- as 10d. Attempts to use 1+ result in the message, "We're sorry but it
- is not necessary to dial a 1 or 0 before this call." I've always
- thought the message was especially apropos; SW Bell's approach in this
- matter is indeed "sorry"!
