  14. I was booting version 9.1(1) Communication server software on an
  15. ASM with no NV-RAM.. the boot process is weird:
  16.  
  17. 1. The ASM booted the cisco11-csc3 image right away on power-cycle
  18. 2. It then reloaded using the newly booted image
  19. 3. It then went into a config dialogue where I had to enter the
  20.    the ethernet address and host name, etc. and confirm the info.
  21. 4. It then loaded the network-confg and mozart-confg over the net
  22.    without further prompting.

  24. Why didn't it ask for the network-confg in step-3 ??
