- 1. I have also heard that if the other parties cisco is sending
- the default routes ( 0.0.0.0 ) the un-numbered link can't be
- established or is difficult to establish. Any experiences in this
- regard ?
-
- I know of no difficulties here.
-
- 2. Our Japanese dealer informed us that the OS version 9.0 has a
- bug related to un-numbered links ( that's the reason he didn't
- supply us with this version ! ). Is that true ?
-
- I'm unaware of any unnumbered bugs in 9.0 which have not been
- addressed. In any case, if your dealer is unwilling to get you the
- software, please let us know.
-
- 3. Is there a bug with the UDP checksums in version 9.0.
- Apparently, the presence of this bug prevents the connection of
- Ciscos running 8.2 with those running 9.0. Is this true ?
-
- Again, not that I know of.
-
- 4. Also has version 9.1 been released yet ? Have these ( above
- mentioned ) bugs been removed ?
-
- 9.1 was released on 10/30/92.
