- There are in fact many companies that try to skirt the law, and some
- of them step over the line. However, from my reading of a DAK
- catalog, it stops just short of the line by *only* selling the CD-ROM
- bundles at the time of sale of a CD-ROM drive; i.e., unlike Gateway,
- you can't get them at some future time. Furthermore, all the CD's are
- of course available separately (through other distributors).
