- Hi You All:
- I am planning to buy a Intel Satisfation/400 for two reasons. One it has a
- UART chip; two it seems to have received good reviews.
- There is a 400/E which is an external modem without UART chip and the ability
- to distinguish voice calls from fax signals
- Reading this conference I hear so many people being less than satisfied
- with many fax-modems that I am having second thoughts about it.
- I would appreciate hearing from anyone who owns this fax-modem. Also, is the
- Intel software that comes with it, any good?
- I understand there is a Canadian company marketing software where a regular
- modem can receive and send faxes. Has anyone any info on this?
- Thanks for any input.
