  13. When v.fast is officially adopted, is it anticipated that any manufacturers
  14. will offer modular upgrades for their v.32bis modems?  (I'm thinking of ones
  15. which could be installed by a field tech or technically capable end-user.)

  17. It doesn't look like it's going to matter where I live, since residential
  18. ISDN should arrive about the same time as v.fast... but I thought I'd ask,
  19. just in case.
