- No and yes. The Eagle has the *E9 autoreliable V.42bis default register
- setting like the Digicom Scout+ modem. The flow control differs a bit
- in that the Eagle uses the *S0 no speed conversion as default, but the
- Scout+ uses *S1 as default. There are a few other minor differences in
- the defaults between the two modems.
