- Just a few hours ago I got refused by one of the regular reps when
- I asked about buying their CDROM $225 package (includes the
- new Sony CDU-31A that does multisessions for Photo-CD).
-
- Does this mean I can call back and insist on being sold the CDROM package?
-
- I was told loose components were sold via the add-on group, but then when
- I asked how to reach them I was told that info was included when you buy
- a computer. "Policy of our president <name I forgot>". Asking for a manager
- or supervisor got NONE.
-
- Wonder if I even want to give them any business *EVER*...
