  20. Just a few hours ago I got refused by one of the regular reps when
  21. I asked about buying their CDROM $225 package (includes the
  22. new Sony CDU-31A that does multisessions for Photo-CD).

  24. Does this mean I can call back and insist on being sold the CDROM package?

  26. I was told loose components were sold via the add-on group, but then when
  27. I asked how to reach them I was told that info was included when you buy
  28. a computer. "Policy of our president <name I forgot>". Asking for a manager
  29. or supervisor got NONE.
