- As Rob McKeever pointed out in a previous post, ZyXEL was apparently in
- the process of preparing a developer's kit with detailed documentation,
- description of algorithms, etc. but then decided not to release it.
-
- I've received mail from many people on the net who are writing software
- (or planning to :-) specifically for their ZyXELs. Therefore I think
- we should, as a group, request that ZyXEL make this package (whatever
- it is) available.
-
- I'm calling ZyXEL today to find out what exactly was supposed to be
- in this package and why it was never released. Then I will prepare
- a letter (or petition, if you will) which I will send them.
-
- If you would like your name to be on it, please send me e-mail with your
- Internet address and your real name. I will post the full text of
- the letter tomorrow, after I have spoken to ZyXEL USA.
