  13. Can anybody help. We have a client in the UK (Oxford) we want to supply online
  14. support from South Africa. We plan to provide this service using modem coms. We
  15. have selected a Microcom QX/4232bis+ modem and intend to install it locally and
  16. in the UK. We have two questions:

  18.   - Is this modem British Telecomm approved?
  19.   - What sort of support is available for Microcom modems. A dealer's name and
  20.     phone/fax would be a plus.
