- I have the same. I have my DTE fixed at 38400. I usually get about
- 1900cps when unploading/downloading compressed files. Gotten about
- 3200cps with plain text files. What type of files are you transferring?
- What software are youusing to do the download? There are quite a few bad
- implementaions of file transfer protocols.
