- You can get details from Wolfgang Henke (woflgang@netcom.com,
- wolfgang@rahul.net) but I think the Prodigy version is the
- v.32 Digicom Scout, not the v.32bis Digicom Scout Plus; I
- could be mistaken.

- The fax will be Class 1 since Digicom seems to have waited until
- Class 2 specs were finalized before putting anything out.
- I have recently acquired the Scout Plus, through Wolfgang, and so
- far the modem end has worked out of the box for connections to a
- range of 2400, v.32 and v.32bis modems without problems. I haven't
- tried out faxing yet, but that was of little importance to me anyway;
- Wolfgang reported testing it with several faxes successfully -
- again, check with him. He is selling them, but seems pretty
- objective about their performance and how they compare.
