- But as a BOCA owner, I can say that it is a fairly decent modem, with
- a few quirks. But as I write this, BOCA has begun to ship a new ROM
- version (v1.27) that is supposed to fix the known bugs..

- If you do purchase a BOCA, try the command ATI3, that will tell you
- what ROM version is in the modem. If it reports 1.2, you can request
- either the chips from BOCA like I did, or perhaps attempt to exchange
- it direct to BOCA for a newer modem with the ROMS installed.
