  18. Sorry for what might sound like a nit here Warren, but Tabular Data
  19. Stream (TDS) is in fact used for both Bulk Copy (BCP) and Remote
  20. Procedure Calls (RPCs). TDS is the protocol that Clients and Servers
  21. speak. It supports binary data. TDS is not somehow tied to dbcmd() and
  22. ASCII language batches in particular, although I understand now how
  23. that perception could arise.
