  15. We have an ace program which is supposed to print 1 line of data for
  16. further processing by other processes.  The programmer is question used
  17. a 'FIRST PAGE HEADER' construct to ensure that only one row was printed.

  19. Everything is fine and dandy - and then along comes 4.1.   Now 'PAGE HEADER'
  20. (FIRST TOO) no longer works unless there is an 'on every row' statement which
  21. prints something (x=1 won't work).  Worked around by changing to 'on last row'
  22.  
  23. This is good?  How many more ace programs are out there that do this?????

  25. Whatever happened to backward compatibility????
