  18. know what the right hands are doing.  Another problem is that Boeing has
  19. implemented a pay for performance system which has the (unintended) effect of
  20. demotivating people to act in an altruistic fashion.  So even if I could find
  21. a local guru, and I am sure such exist, it is improbable that I could get much
  22. help from him/her/it.  Finally, we spare no expense to save a buck or two.

  28. to know, Paradox will prove to be an easy to use, powerful system.
