- Microsoft is positioning FoxPro as a 'developer' tool, for developing
- large-scale applications.

- Access, on the other hand, is positioned 'like Paradox' for an advanced
- end-user. My guess is that this is because Access is a little less
- code-oriented than Fox, as Paradox is. You can get quite a bit done with
- Paradox (I haven't gotten into Access yet) without writing a line of code. I
- can't say the same about Fox. While they have some spiffy tools, at some point
- you're going to need to code.
