  21. Does anyone know if Microsoft will give the same upgrade options to
  22. users who purchased Access prior to the price increase?  Our copy of
  23. access is clearly marked "PROMO", so I am wondering if we will have to
  24. pay $495 for version 1.1 while everyone else is getting it for $29 as
  25. a cheap upgrade.
