- The Division of Surgery at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center
- is seeking an imaginative, creative programmer to help with its Surgical
- Information System project. This project already manages most surgery and
- pathology information for one of the largest surgical divisions in the United
- States, and is being extended to capture and analyze detailed clinical
- information for patients both in surgery and in other medical areas. To
- participate in this exciting project, you must have a strong background in C,
- UNIX, and relational data bases; experience in medical research or
- biostatistics is also desirable but not required. A knowledge of, willingness
- to learn about, UNIX system administration is also desirable. If you are
- excited by the thought of doing innovative work in a small team of creative
- people, send your resume to Brad Hinrichs, Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical
- Center, 1653 W. Congress Parkway, Chicago, IL 60612 (e-mail
- brad@siss81.sis.rpslmc.edu).
