  17. Look on page 16 of the Nov. 23, 1992 EE Times. I believe that there was a
  18. short News Brief on such a chip from IBM. I can't tell you for sure,
  19. because I cut out the article and gave it to a colleague who was also
  20. looking for such a beast. If he still has the article, I will post again.
