  10. Can anyone tell me (is this in a FAQ?) in plain english, what motion
  11. compensation is, how it is done and what it does for you?  I've heard it
  12. mentioned in many papers, but I guess everyone assumes that you know what they
  13. are talking about.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
