  18. How computer/modem savvy are you?  For simplicity it's hard to beat
  19. WWIV.  Even 12 year olds around here have set up WWIV boards.  Low
  20. processor / hard disk space needs.  $50.

  22. Most BBSes are actually pretty easy to set up if you RTFM, but so few
  23. people do.
